Scotch
The big difference between Scotch and Irish whisky is the distilling phase which is made twice with scotch and three times with Irish, giving Irish whisky a particular lightness.

Gin
Although mainly from grains such as barley, corn or rye, it is juniper berries that give gin it’s distinctive taste. With just a touch of vermouth, and garnished with a green olive, gin is the basis for the classic martini — shaken or stirred.

in many classic cocktails; the screwdriver, bloody Mary and vodka martini. When served
straight, vodka should always be ice-
Tequila
The tangy taste of Tequila originated in Mexico, where it is made from the sweet sap of the agave plant. It is the main ingredient in the ever popular margarita – with or without salt.
